Celebrating Two Years of CuCurator: Simplifying Credit Union Marketing, Together

Two years ago, we launched CuCurator with one clear goal: to help credit unions save time and strengthen member connections through simple, effective marketing. We saw a need—credit unions across the country were stretched thin, balancing growth goals with limited time and resources. We knew we could help.

Our team has supported credit unions since 2008, but CuCurator marked a new chapter. It transformed our hands-on, custom strategies into a scalable, affordable marketing platform built specifically for credit unions. From the beginning, our mission has been simple: no credit union team should have to start from a blank page.

Today, more than 30 credit unions use our paid Marketing Hub to access ready-to-edit campaigns, social kits, compliance-friendly templates, and monthly step-by-step guidance designed for real-world results. And as of July 2025, our Free Hub has opened the door for even more credit unions—now over 57 and counting—to simplify marketing, strengthen member engagement, and stay competitive in a fast-changing digital landscape.

Every improvement we’ve made came directly from feedback. Over the past two years, we’ve expanded our templates to include more size options for every campaign and adapted to new Canva updates.

We stay on top of industry changes because the tools, resources, and technology that credit unions rely on are always evolving—and so are we. From AI innovation to shifting marketing trends, our goal is to keep CuCurator ahead of the curve so our members don’t have to play catch-up.

The credit unions using CuCurator range from $15 million in assets to more than $2.5 billion, spanning small community institutions to large, multi-branch organizations. The asset size may vary, but the needs are the same—efficient marketing tools, consistent branding, and content that connects with members. CuCurator bridges that gap, giving every team the same access to professional, ready-to-edit marketing resources that save time and drive growth.

Our biggest “aha” moment came when we realized that even the best campaign library needed a roadmap. That insight led to the creation of the CuCurator Marketing Playbook—a monthly guide that helps credit unions know what to use, when to use it, and how to get the most impact in less time. It’s more than a library; it’s a marketing system built to help teams move from ideas to execution without overwhelm.

But 2026 marks a change.

This year, we’re introducing a completely new format that reflects how credit union marketing has evolved. The 2026 CuCurator Marketing Calendar goes beyond awareness days and promotions—it now includes:

We started as a team of two. Today, we’re proud to have grown into a team of six, dedicated to supporting our members every day. Our team now includes two marketing specialists, two operations specialists, one customer service manager, and myself—a fractional CMO and founder.

Together, we combine strategy, creativity, and service to make CuCurator stronger and more responsive than ever. We’re proud to support credit unions across the U.S., and we remain deeply committed to collaboration, compliance, and connection. Our members are not just users—they’re contributors, innovators, and partners helping shape what comes next.
