Terms of Service: Flex Marketing Toolkit
 

Access Rights:
Access to the Flex Marketing Toolkit is granted exclusively to the purchasing credit union. Access may not be shared, transferred, or sublicensed to other credit unions, vendors, or third parties.
 

Lifetime/Perpetual Access:
Your credit union receives lifetime, perpetual access to the Toolkit and all included materials for a one-time fee. "Lifetime" and "perpetual" access mean you may use all resources for as long as CuCurator maintains its Flex partnership and continues to offer the Toolkit. If service or partnership ends, you will receive at least 60 days’ notice and a final opportunity to download all resources for your internal use.
 

User Accounts:
Multiple users from the same credit union may access the Toolkit using their official business email address.
 

Prohibited Use:
Sharing files or granting access to other credit unions, vendors, or third parties is strictly prohibited. Violation of this policy may result in immediate termination of access without refund.
 

Updates:
Toolkit materials will be updated to reflect upgrades and new products offered in the Flex core processor, ensuring your resources stay current as Flex evolves.
 

Indemnity & No Liability:
CuCurator provides all Toolkit resources “as is” and makes no guarantees regarding performance or results. By purchasing and using the Toolkit, your credit union agrees that CuCurator is not liable for any losses, damages, or failures resulting from the use of these materials. The credit union assumes all responsibility and risk for implementation and compliance with all applicable regulations.
