No.  This is against our terms of use.  Your membership grants permission for the registered credit union to access and use the content CuCurator provides.  You may not share links outside of your credit union.  This includes allowing 3rd party vendors to access the materials.  

Yes!  We understand team work!  Please reach out to us and we can assist with adding an additional team member. All parties must be employees of the subscribing credit union with work emails that have matching urls. 

Yes, we advise you do. While we create templates that you can customize in the free version of Canva, you will experience elevated designs with the pro version. Our designs do include images, fonts and features of Canva Pro.

Our templates are created in Canva. This tool allows you to copy the template to your account, rebrand with your colors and logo and tweak as you like! 

Inside the portal you will also find play on demand video tutorials, PDF printables, Word Doc for staff guides, and more.  

Lifetime/Perpetual Access
Your credit union receives unlimited, perpetual access to all resources in the Flex Marketing Toolkit for a one-time fee. “Lifetime” or “perpetual” access means you’ll have ongoing use of all toolkit materials for as long as CuCurator maintains the Flex partnership and continues to offer the Toolkit. If the toolkit is ever discontinued or our Flex partnership ends, we’ll provide at least 60 days’ advance notice and a final opportunity to download all materials for your internal, ongoing use.

Flex Marketing Toolkit – Terms of Use

If the toolkit is ever discontinued or our Flex partnership ends, we’ll provide at least 60 days’ advance notice and a final opportunity to download all materials for your internal, ongoing use.

Access and Use

• Access is granted to the purchasing credit union only. Multiple staff members from the same credit union may access the Toolkit, provided they register with their official credit union business email address.

• Access may not be shared, transferred, or sublicensed to any vendors, third parties, or other credit unions.

• Sharing files, distributing resources outside your credit union, or granting access to anyone outside your credit union will result in termination of your access, without refund.

Support
Toolkit materials are provided on a DIY basis. You will receive all future updates and new marketing kits as long as the Toolkit is offered. Support is available for account access issues, but customization or design services are not included.

General
We reserve the right to update these terms to protect the integrity of the Toolkit and our user community. We are committed to providing advance notice of any changes impacting your access.
